- CONTENT OF THE ARRANGEMENT
The organizer of the arrangement guarantees the realization of the arrangement according to the description in the program. The content of the arrangement will be realized in full and in the described manner, except in the case of the influence of “force majeure”, which could not be predicted (war, terrorist acts, strike, natural disasters, traffic and technical problems in transportation, etc.).
- REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Registrations for each trip are made until the places are filled, with the payment of an advance payment of the price indicated in each program. When registering, the buyer pays an advance payment of 30% of the value of the arrangement, and the rest after confirmation of the reservation by the reservation service, no later than 15 days before the realization of the arrangement. When registering, the traveler signs a registration agreement stating that he is familiar with the program and the General Conditions of Travel and that he fully accepts them, whereby the General Conditions become a legal obligation for the organizer and the traveler.
- PRICE OF THE ARRANGEMENT
The prices for all trips are published in Denars or Euros with the obligation to pay in Denars according to the market exchange rate published by the organizer. Any request for additional services implies additional payments. The organizer reserves the right to change the price of the arrangement in the event of a change in the prices of hotel, transportation and other services, as well as in the event of a change in the exchange rates on the market. For an increase in the price of up to 10%, the buyer’s consent is not required (it is calculated on the remaining payment). In the event of an increase greater than 10%, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract without obligation to compensate for the damage resulting from the cancellation.
- CATEGORIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The hotels and apartments offered are described according to the official categorization at the time of publication of the catalog. The quality of services is standardized by local tourist authorities. The standards of accommodation and services vary by destination and are not comparable. The organizer assumes no responsibility for any oral or written information that is not in accordance with the description of the services in the offered program.
- CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM AND RIGHT TO CANCELLATION OF THE ARRANGEMENT
The organizer has the right to change the program (in duration or content) in the event of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances that it could not foresee, avoid or eliminate. The participant of the trip has the right to a refund of the amount for the unrealized services. In rare cases when there is no possibility of accommodation in the reserved facility, due to technical reasons or “overbooking” by the hotelier, the organizer will accommodate the traveler according to the possibilities at the given moment, in a facility of the same or higher category, without compensation. The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the arrangement due to an insufficient number of registered travelers from the minimum foreseen for a certain arrangement. The organizer is obliged to notify all buyers of the cancellation at least 5 days before the start of the realization of the arrangement and to return the paid funds in full no later than 8 days from the day of cancellation.
- CANCELLATION OF THE TRIP
The traveler may cancel the trip at any time and should do so in writing. The date of the written cancellation is the basis for calculating and charging cancellation fees (in relation to the basic price of the arrangement), according to the following scale:
– for cancellation up to 30 days before the trip, 5% is charged
– for cancellation from 29 to 22 days before the trip, 15%
– for cancellation from 21 to 15 days before the trip, 30%
– for cancellation from 14 to 08 days before the trip, 50%
– for cancellation from 07 to 01 days before the trip, 95%
– if the traveler does not show up or cancels the arrangement on the day of its realization, the organizer will charge the entire amount of the arrangement, i.e. 100%
In the event of cancellation of an already confirmed “reservation on request”, the organizer will charge cancellation fees in the amount of the advance payment.
If the traveler changes the departure date of the same arrangement at least 15 days before the date of the previously confirmed departure, if possible, the organizer will change the reservation and charge a handling fee of €10 per euro, per application-contract.
If the traveler cancels the trip for reasons that he could not foresee, avoid or eliminate, and based on a valid confirmation from the competent authorities, in that case he does not pay the cancellation costs according to the specified scale, but only the actual costs resulting from the cancellation of the arrangement.
If the traveler cancels for subjective reasons – personal reasons of fear and uncertainty, arising under the influence of “force majeure” (terrorism, epidemics or natural disasters in the regions of travel), and the same reasons – objectively, do not give the organizer the opportunity to cancel the arrangement, the traveler’s claims for a refund of the paid funds, a refund of funds for unrealized services or funds for other costs that arose due to a change in the arrangement, should be
